Feeding Hungry Minds throughout the day with Breakfast for Learning
Breakfast for Learning is a national organization that empowers communities across Canada to start and sustain school nutrition programs to enhance learning and the healthy development of children and youth. 1 in 9 children in Canada live below the poverty line and for these families, providing a simple breakfast, lunch or snack can be difficult. Without adequate nutrition, it will be difficult for children to stay focused and learn to the best of their ability.
