Q. How can I change my e-mail address?
A. If you would like to change your email address you would have to register a new account with the new address. To register a new account please click here: http://www.websaver.ca/en_ca/registration/. If you would like your previous email address to be removed from our list please click here: http://www.websaver.ca/unsubscribe.
Q. How can I modify my password?
A. If you would like to change your password you will need to sign into your account to modify your profile. After signing in, on the top right corner of the home page, you will see the 'Modify Profile' button. After clicking here, in 'Edit your Profile' at the bottom it will ask you if you want to change your password - at this point you may modify your password.
Q. What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
A. If you have forgotten your password please click here: http://www.websaver.ca/en_ca/forgotpassword/. Please enter the email address you used when you registered at webSaver.ca and we will send your password to that address.
Q. Where are my coupons?
A. It usually takes 5-7 business days to receive the coupons by mail, depending on Canada Post and their delivery schedule for your area.
Q. Where can I redeem my coupons?
A. The coupons are available to use at all grocery stores and pharmacies in Canada, with some exceptions. This information is also printed on each coupon.
Q. Why canít I print my coupons?
A. Some coupons offered on webSaver.ca are not print. For those coupons, webSaver.ca will process and mail them via Canada Post within days of your order. The address you enter in the registration form will be used as the shipping address for your mail coupons. Our printing application works best with Internet Explorer 8 or higher, Firefox 11.0 or higher and Chrome.
Q. How much do the coupons cost?
A. There are no costs associated in ordering coupons; the coupons are free. All you have to do is register and select the coupons you wish to receive and we send them to your mailbox.
Q. Why canít I see any coupons?
A. If you canít see any coupons, you will need to have JavaScript enabled in your browser. This issue can be resolved by using the steps that apply to your browser on the following Google support link: https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hlrm=fr&answer=12654
